1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification containing tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer transparent shipping options for our customers. The shipping cost for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at the checkout page.

Standard Shipping: Free shipping on orders totaling over $59.99 USD.

Estimated Delivery Times:
USA & Canada: 7–14 business days (Monday through Friday).
Europe: 5–10 business days (Monday through Friday).
Australia: 7–14 business days (Monday through Friday).


Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+08:00) — Hong Kong Standard Time.

Please Note: Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to factors such as customs clearance or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Coverage
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
LuvoraLab is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred on your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping (such as duties, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged Goods in Transit
If you receive an order with damaged items, please contact our customer service team by emailing support@luvoralab.com within 48 hours of receipt. Please include photos of both the damaged packaging and the damaged items in your email. Before filing a claim, please ensure that you retain all original packaging materials and the damaged items.
