1. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee We offer an exclusive 90-Day Risk-Free Trial on our red light devices. If you do not see visible results after consistent use, you can return the product within 90 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.

2. Return Conditions To qualify for a refund under our 90-Day Guarantee or standard returns:

  • The device must be returned with all original accessories, charging cables, and manuals.

  • The product must not show signs of physical damage or abuse due to misuse.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number and purchase email).

3. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@luvoralab.com with your order details.

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated return shipping address. (Do not send items back to the manufacturer address on the package).

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Damaged Items: If the product arrives damaged or defective, LuvoraLab will provide a free prepaid return shipping label.

  • Customer Change of Mind / 90-Day Trial Returns: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Restocking Fees LuvoraLab does not charge any restocking fees ($0.00) for returns.

6. Refunds processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
